Responsibilities in Production Planning & Control:
Proper utilization of Manpower & Machine.
Getting schedules from marketing & Customers.
Depending on the schedule & in hand capacity prepare monthly & weekly forming plans.
Depending on the schedule giving raw material requirement to purchase department.
Monthly reviewing of machine utilization / delivery performance, to access the performance of the plant.
Rejection Control, by proper guiding the worker to control PPM level.
Attending customer complaints & necessary actions if required.
Coordinate with company & customer for in time modification in tools, components, process etc
Visit at customer to check components do have any quality problems while assembly, low stock & new modification.
Study about full proofing the locators or process. (Pokka-Yoke).
Co- ordinate with Tool Room about die condition to preventive component rejection.
Attending Tool problem, Quality problem, and Machine problem at shop floor.
Studying of various shear size of components & utilization of off cuts, scrap cuts for specific components.
Proper guiding to worker for Tool break down, slow production, safety, 5S.
Work Environment:
Working in Press Shop, Manufacturing sheet metal components & assemblies, Conversant with single action heavy duty, mechanical (pneumatically) operated presses with capacity of 500Ton.
And in-house assemblies with spot welding, Co2 welding, projection welding m/c.

About Company:
Rane Axle & Pressing Pvt Ltd a part of Rane Group of Industries is engaged in manufacturing of Sheet-metal high precision machined components and its major customers are Tata Motors Limited (Pune, Jamshedpur, Lucknow), M & M, John Deere, JCB Earth Movers. Rane Axle & Pressing Pvt Ltd Unit II is incorporated in manufacturing of Dead Axles. And also has developed the front & rear axle for vehicle of TML i.e. Winger.
